Lana is a third-generation Washingtonian, who was born, raised, and lived in the Seattle area till she moved to the Tri-Cities in 2012. She created her own business, West Richland Bodyworks, in order to pursue her passion for health and wellness as a Washington state licensed massage therapist and a Washington state certified Reiki Master. Lana is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy/Seattle. It was through extensive massage training at Cortiva that she was able to develop and affirm her abilities, talents and gifts for healing through therapeutic touch. With a background in energy medicine, she discovered that massage facilitated the hands-on application of the power of touch to heal, rehabilitate and improve the health of those who come to her. In addition, Lana added Reiki to her healing practice, which is a hands-on healing method rediscovered in Japan during the last century. After four years of attending all levels of the Reiki Training Program School in Seattle, she became a Washington State certified Reiki Master in 2015. Lana also has training and experience in equine massage, hypnotherapy, and has worked as a personal trainer for the YMCA.
